Green ASU – Healthcare not only provides gas, but supports its customers with medical devices and a wide variety of equipment designed for the healthcare environment.
The flowmeter is used to dose medical gases such as air or oxygen it can be connected to the gas distribution system using suitable AFNOR NF S 90-116, DIN 13260-1, BS 5682 compliant probes or probes with a G 1/4″ M R thread. The adjuster knob on the device can be used to regulate the flow from 0 l/min to 15 l/min.
The RVB vacuum regulator regulates and measures the vacuum used for medical suction; there are three models that differ on the basis of the degree of vacuum the user needs to regulate: RVB 1000 up to -950 mbar, RVB 600 up to -600 mbar and RVB 250 up to -250 mbar. The regulator consists of a chemically nickel-plated aluminum body and parts, a CW614N on-off control rod and a membrane made of medical grade silicone. It can be connected to the gas distribution system using suitable AFNOR NF S 90-116, DIN 13260-1, UNI 9507, BS 5682 compliant probes or probes with a G 1/4″ M R thread. The outlet has a G 1/2″ M R threaded connection. The RVB vacuum regulator can also be supplied in a full rail mount configuration, complete with a medical grade rubber hose and specific probe.
Pressure regulator for cylinders, suitable for medical gases, equipped with a dual pressure gauge to show high and low pressure is used on the outlet of cylinders to reduce the pressure down to that of the line or equipment. Maximum inlet pressure is 200 bar, the outlet pressure is adjustable up to 12 bar or 4 bar. The gas inlet connection is specific to the gas type, the outlet is fitted with a Ø 8 hose connector. Its maximum nitrogen /oxygen capacity at 12 bar or 4 bar outlet pressure is 90 Nm³/h, 1500 Nl/min.
Shut-off valves box is available in two versions: wall mount or recessed. The front panel has transparent windows so you can easily read the pressure and check the status of the valves. The front panel is locked with a triangular socket key and has an emergency press-release system. IN/OUT pipe slots top or bottom. Two models: one for up to 3 gas outlets and one for up to 5 gas outlets. On request, the box can be supplied with a dedicated insulated alarm compartment (alarm kit built into shut-off module). The product is made of scratch-resistant white powder-coated galvanized steel.
5-layer medical grade hose, conforming to ISO 5359: the inner layer is made of antistatic PVC, on the outside of this layer there is a PVC layer with a reinforcing polyester layer. The last two layers are PVC with the outer layer colored specifically for the gas used.
